I'm doing Upload File xlsx or docx, but when I choose starl, the system notices as shown and I waited a long time and it's not finished.

I guess it's because the file type is an unknown mimetype. Are there any errors in the even log? Und Admin > Maintenance > Event log

Currently I have it configured in attachments Settings file xlsx .
2022-06-28_12-21-19.jpg You have insufficient rights to see the content.
I read in the log and found the following

the mime type needs to be added to the Resources/mimetypes.json file.
