Remove attachment uploaded by another user

How can I remove an attachment uploaded by another user? Sure, I am the forum admin 🙂

At the moment this is not possible, the only option would be to directly delete it in the db. Is that something that is needed?

Sometimes users post things I do not want to keep on the webserver. If I am the admin, why can't I remove a thing from the forum like I can do that with other things - for example, user posts?

It was just never added properly. I repeat my question from above. Is that something you need?
