Upgrading from: 2.1.1 to 2.1.2

I have downloaded the upgrade package, copied the directories like it suggests, run the install wizard which says it's fine. I click on Admin and I see the upgrade to the same version I supposedly just updated to. The same thing goes over and over again

Any ideas?

Since the release of version 2.1.2, it now upgrades correctly
