Please help me resolve a error "HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error" when publishing YAF 1.9.6.1 on windows 8

I Publish forum from Source

Then I use IIS on windows 8, Add Virtual Directory in IIS. (dot net framework 4.0)

I am not sure this issue from IIS or file web.config..
