I don't believe this is currently an option, but would it be possible to automatically send a Private Message to newly registered members?

A guest registers, confirms their email, then when they log in they are welcomed with a private message that explains a few features, maybe some general rules, etc ...

Additionally, the welcome message would be editable via the Admin/Host section.

What would be the best approach to adding this feature if one were to do themselves?
