Problems with RSS Feed · YAF.NET Support Forum

Hi!

I've a problem to open the RSS-Feed of the active Discussions (yaf_rsstopic.aspx?pg=0&ft=0). It seems, that I havn't the correct access, but I'm Hostadmin. The link takes me to yaf_info.aspx?i=4

Anybody knows which access is required?

Are you logged in when trying to view the RSS? I believe you have to enable guest access to the RSS feeds --

Hi,

no, it doesn't matter if I'm guest, logged in as user, moderator or administrator. Each RSS-Feed starts correct, but this on the active topics. Where can I set the access?

As you can see this version on the support forum works fine. If something can't be repeated it can't be fixed 🙂 .

Go to the Host Settings -> Features -> Syndication Feed Settings -> Active Topics Feeds Access.

Looks like it is set to forbidden in your forum

Hi,

sorry but this isn't the problem, all three options are marked. But my guess is, that it doesn't works because of our Portal. We've programmed a Portalsite and included this code:

<YAF:PortalActiveDiscussion ID="Beitrage" runat="server" />

Might this be a problem?
