I have a new user who is trying to register but gets a message that his e-mail address has already been used.

This makes me think that he has already registered in the past.

Is there any way to search for a user by their e-mail address so that I can find his username?

I am using version 1.9.1.8 (NET v2.0)

I don't have "Users & Roles". I only have "Users".
When I click on that I have Group - Rank - Name Contains

I need to find them by their e-mail address.

Do I need to upgrade?
