How can i make role or policy to a specific forum that only posters can see their own posts!!!

Topic/post level permissions is interesting topic, but it's very complex. If it's ever implemented, it won't be in near future.

When I post FP:Ederon in a topic, I'm leaving my footprint there so I can track it once I get into coding/supporting.
