| vikrammalhotra, from Visual Studio bring up the property pages for the web site and go to the "Build" section. From there, ensure that the target framework is set to 3.5. |

| Make sure you have good web.config file in the Application root folder. The simplest setup is to copy the recommended_web-config and rename it, should work. |
