| Hi, I just paid someone to install the forums for us - seems to function very well with our site. Now I was trying to access the admin/moderation pages. How do I do that? I can't find any documentation! Any links? :?: I have a slew of other questions, but I will wait on a link to the so I can RTFM Thanks Skimo |

| Skimo, When you log into the forum as and administrator, you should see a link bar above your forum that has an "admin" and "moderate" link in it. If you do not see this then you are not logging in as an administrator. This is just the tip of the iceberg and the best way to figure things out is to just get into the admin pages and explore. | Thanks ttr_fanatic... I ended up going through the code and going into the database and manually changing the masks and flags to make me and admin and finally saw the control panel! I love the software, i just wish there was more documentation. One should not have to go through code to figure out how to log in as admin!! :) That said, this is still a great peace of work and hopefully the community contributes to the wiki! Thanks skimo |
