Goto : Admin - Access Masks (which is under Groups and Users). If you want all members to be able to upload - edit Member Acecss Mask to true. hth.

OK....I'm running 1.9.2 and have not tested this feature, but I'm seeing the same thing. Access mask set to allow attachments, but no button apearing when posting a message. I'll have a look.

OK...figured it out. You have to post the message first, then attach a file. Seems my file uploading isn't working. I'll check it tomorrow.

I've added this feature in my website. Users can upload Only pictures While posting. But there should be a really good algorithm to implement this feature. For example files should be deleted automaticaly if the user refuses to post his message. I'll post the code here soon.(currently 2 busy!)

Hi I'm running Powered by YAF 1.9.5.5 BETA and I don't get the option to upload an attachment to my new posts even though I'm an admin and the access mask is set to allow uploads for admins, moderators, and members. Am I missing a setting somewhere else for this or is it potentially a bug or config issue. Thanks for any tips on this!
