I'm a member on a forum at DHS Diecast . Since I have been there, the forum search function does not work. When you attempt a search, a window pops up with a "message from website" that sez "An error ocurred in the database".

Anyone have a thought on how to fix it? I am just a member there and not the host or admin so not sure if I can even provide the info or access that may be neccessary?! :shock: Am I attempting to solve something I have no power to correct?

Yes. All you can do is to write to the forum admins and ask to update it.

But I have doubts that someone cares at all about the forum. To have forum and 34 000 topics in it - it's surely a world record [of maladministration].
