I love the new buddy list in RC1.

would it be possible to but a button next to each one that brings you to a pm screen for that person so you can just click that person, and send the pm?

Hmm. That's a good idea. I'll provide the patch here. Maybe we can add this as a default feature to YAF too.

This is what I came up with.

The attached file contains svn patch along with 2 modified files (Controls/BuddyList.ascx and Controls/BuddyList.ascx.cs)

If Jaben agrees, I'll commit the patch to the main source.
