Hi, finally I've installed this forum in my website. But surprisingly even a guest user also can delete any topic in the forum. How can we restrict it?

Please check this link

http://forums.duckyvideos.com/  here I posted some topics in the forum. When I logout from the forum it should restrict me to delete any topic. But it is not happening like this.

Can you tell me wats the wrong with this installation or any bug in the forum code?

Thanks in adavance,

Nagu

Access mask problem. When you create a forum the initial access mask is set to Admin, therefore if you don't change it all roles have full access.

You may go to Admin > Settings > Forums > edit and then change access mask.

Also if you have changed the access mask itself, then you need to disable all the permission, except "Read" for user guest. The default access mask should be as follow:

Your access mask is OK and As I explained earlier you also need to check your forums/subforums access permission.
