On a new account if you forget your password you can get the password reset email by answering the security question/answer.

BUT, if you use that feature once i.e. Get the email with the new password, Log in using the new password you got in the email, Go to settings and change your password after logged in --- You cannot use this feature again as putting in the security answer for a second time keeps returning "Your answer could not be verified. Please try again later". There is no way to change your security answer on the forums so, I have not changed it within 1st and 2nd try.

Somehow, the reset password gets broken if you use it once.

Can someone shed some light on this? Is this not happening for other people? Have I misconfigured something?

It's a known bug and fixed in latest v1.9.4 code. I just don't have time to right now to release a fix for v1.9.3. There is a thread around here with the problem and fix. Search "FP: Jaben" and you might find it.

So, which is the most stable release that I should run? I would rather not run beta in production which will have its own set of issues?

BTW, the search came up with other issues but not specifically my issue.
