It was posted in another thread but in case someone stumbles across this one and wonders why their changes don't take effect immediately, after modifying one of the language resource files, you need to force the webapp to read those changes otherwise it will continue to use the old language.

Easy to do, just open web.config, hit space and backspace, then save it. That will force the webapp to reload with your new language. :-d
