[1.9.3 Final] Medal tooltips in IE8 / FF / others [solved]

Hi, just made a tiny adjustment to enable the tooltips of the medals in browsers other than IE6/IE7. Other browsers use the 'title' tag instead of the 'alt' tag of images to show as a tooltip. So the code on line 438 of UserBox.cs should be appended with

title=\"{4}{5}\"

Never say "OOPS!" always say "Ah, Interesting!"
