I was wondering, is it possible, lets say you have your own Profile provider.

How would you go about letting users edit their forum info from the site Edit profile?

So to cut this down.

Lets say i have a site, with profiles already enabled.

How do i then make the features such as edit their forum settings, their forum Private Messages, Avatars, edit them all on the on the main site "Edit Profile"

Bit tricky to explain.

But does anyone get what i mean?

My integration works...but my profile provider only returns properties for my existing user database properties (such as accountId, email etc).

When i view the edit profile page in YAF, it throws up errors saying it cant find the fieldNames for the YAF profile. (because my profile provider isn't returning them).

For custom Profile providers, your going to have to delve into the code, and recode the profile controls to match your custom provider.
