Hi all,

I really like the RadEditor, in part because it is convenient to have a number of favorite 3rd party controls from a single vendor.

Almost a year ago, Telerik released the "RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX", and announced that future updating and support the control suite "RadControls for ASP.NET" would end after some time.

The RadEditor is currently available in both suites, but we have otherwise moved to the new suite, which is having a single assembly for all controls.

So, with the new assembly in the bin folder I tried to modify the RadEditor class in ForumEditor.cs to use the new namespace, without any immediate success.

Anyone succeeded in this? Code to share?

Would really appreciate some help..

I have it 99% working with the latest assembly from Telerik (2008.3.1105.20 or 2008.3.1105.35 if you're using .NET 3.5). I should have it working soon and will post changes to Jaben. I hope it will be included in the next release. Either way, I can send you the changes if you want.

Do share the code for the integration of the radeditor...

I would love to integrate that.. I am already using the suite and it would complete the look and feel..

Thanks!

Yeah, the latest was sent in and should be included in the latest 1.9.3 source.

Is it possible to get the sourcecode so I can add it to the app myself? I downloaded 1.9.3 already.

The latest source is included in 1.9.3 SVN. You'll have to purchase your own copy of Telerik to get the Telerik.Web.UI.dll assembly.
