I'm currently implementing YAF and so far it's looking great! Anyways i have a specific functionality i want to use and this is the following:

Everytime a Moderator starts a new topic (only mods can start a new topic in my forum), or when the Moderator closes the topic, an email must be sent out to all the users who have rights to the forum where the topic is in.

Does anyone know how to archieve this functionality?
