Thanks for the time on all of this.

Going to go live with first views with what I have for now, but want to upgrade. 100% to a full package locally (yay for deeper integrations!), and while I'm confident I can get that relatively easily, I have no idea what I need to change in the database. MS SQL, btw.

An additional reason for delay is I'm on .net core 8 and it seems rc4 is .net 9, and so have to upgrade the whole site as well? (question mark is looking to be corrected / confirmed by bigger brains that might be around)

The database is always upgraded automatically.

And yes you need to upgrade to .net 9. But there are never any breaking changes when upgrading to a newer .net version.
