ServiceStack OrmLite Licensing Error on v4 RC4 - RHEL Linux?

I tried running the packaged version of YAFNET v4rc4 that comes from the downloads section on the website. While it runs fine on my Windows machine, my Linux machine keeps getting the following exception:

fail: Microsoft.AspNetCore.Diagnostics.ExceptionHandlerMiddleware[1]
      An unhandled exception has occurred while executing the request.
      System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'ServiceStack.OrmLite.Base.Text.LicenseUtils' threw an exception.
       ---> ServiceStack.OrmLite.Base.Text.LicenseException: This license is invalid. Please see servicestack.net or contact team@servicestack.net for more details. The id for this license is '1001'
       ---> System.ArgumentException: licenseKeyText

Any idea how to fix this?

I'm trying it on RockyLinux which is based on RHEL

I rebuilt from source and my version is getting the same error. Do I need to unblock any specific ports? The biggest difference with RHEL is that the firewall is on a whitelist rather than a blacklist.
