Where is this elusive file - anybody know or have a good working version of one I could play with please?

STEP 4. COPY WEB.CONFIG FILE

You need to copy the file recommended.web.config to your yaf root Folder and rename it to web.config. Warning: DO NOT edit the web.config unless you know what you're doing.

The web.config is generating during compiling. You find it in the bin folder.

The install guide you are referring to is not for the version you are using.

I downloaded am am trying to work with YAFNET v3.2.2 as from your downloads section. What install guide refers to this version I'm confused?

In your profile you specified you are using YAF 4 and not yaf 3. Now you are saying you are using YAF 3.2.2. In that case the recommend.web.config is included in the install or source package.
