Menu Not Working in Sample Web Application

The problem is that the menu system (which is supplied with the SWA download) isn't working. It just gives you the page that you are already on.

Both parts of the site are using the same MasterPage. What should I be looking at?

The forum loads the /Forum/Scripts/jquery.ForumExtensions.min.js

which is the correct file. But you main site loads

/forum/Scripts/jquery.ForumExtensions.js. Which is completly outdated. Looks like you need to update to the lastest YAF and make sure all files are updated.
