Welcome email body is empty on new fresh install of YAF

I just installed the latest version of YAF on a new instance and most of the setup is done.

During testing of the forum I notice that the welcome email that a user receives after they confirm their email is empty. The subject is filled in, but the body text is empty.

When I look in the english languages file I do see html filled in for the "NOTIFICATION_ON_WELCOME_USER_HTML". Something seems to go wrong, but I have no clue what. Does anybody has an idea?

I updated the download links. Issue is fixed in 2.30.07!
