The behavior is the following when using BotScout:

1. user registers

2. user is detected as bot and email is sent out to admins

3. no email for verification is sent to user

4. no admin can resend verification to user - no email is sent

Is it really supposed to work like 3 and 4? I think email should always be sent out and then admin can block/delete later if needed.

if you know it's a false positive then the admin can directly approve the user. No need to send a an verify email.
