I am unable to attach any file/image when posting any new topic ....

and in my profile avatar is uploading but not visble as profile picture

You have any errors in the yaf event log?

nothing is in event log... its just like browse button is getting clicked and browse window is opening after that but after clicking any image nothing is getting selected...

didn't understand whats the issue...kindly help

I was able to reproduce the problem with the avatars. You need to make sure that the ASP.NET user account has write access to the Uploads folder. Or instead you save all attachments and avatars in the Database instead of the File System. You can do that by going to the Host Settings and enable the "Use File Table Setting".
