When you create the IIS project, to run the installation wizard, make sure that you have it set initally enable Anonymous Auth.. Also.. Make sure that the .NET Framework redistributable (I used 4.5) is applied to the server. Else one gets an annoying "System.Core" File.IO.FileStream Object Not found exception.
