Rules page not shown on Login - Register as new User

I have the field ticked for:

Show "Rules" Before Registration: Require that "rules" are shown and accepted before a new user can register.

When new user goes to the "Register" link they get to the "Rules" page.

How can I enable the Rules to show up when new users click on "Login" and then "Register as new User"? When I tried that, there was no "Rules" page, the user just goes straight to filling out their details (default.aspx?g=register).

Any help would be much appreciated.

That is a bug, which will be fixed with the next version.
