I'm using YAF version 2.0.0.

When I 'Preview' posts, the preview is displayed with html tags (see attached). I am using CKEditor (HTML).

Is there a way around this or is this how it works?

It seems like tha watcha was unable to reproduce this, but now I am glad that other users (we won't be the only one) have it to. Now I hope it will be investigated to solve this issue.

And this is not only when previewing. If you post, the post will be exactly as in the preview and therefore, this editor becomes useless. But it is a very nice editor.

And to complete the report:

Before V2.0.0 when it was working (posting a message), the problem was that if people who don't have this editor quoted such a post, they got HTML as quote.

E.g. a post was done with the CKEditor (HTML):

Hello World

this is an example

Then quoting it with the default YAF editor you get

And if images are inserted and smilies, that it becomes unreadable.

But what about the other issue. If you post a message with the HTML editor, and quote this in the YAF standard editor. Can you reproduce that?

Can it be borwser specific? (FireFox e.g.)

Can it be webserver settings issue?

Can it be a YAF configuration issue?

But you solved the preview. Who knows, this fixed also the posting in HTML as plain text for me also. And for the quoting part...I am lost.

I do not have any problems with the actual message and quoting works as expected.
