There was a guy from China looking at one of my forums. In my admin section it gave his users name and IP address, He wasn't signed in and he didn't have an account.

So how did he get a user name?

Look in members list, if he is listed with a name, then the users is registered in your site. I don't understand the problem. the user simply registered himself in your forum.
