We're running YAF 1.9.6.1 on a number of sites.

We are trying to do something that at first glance would seem fairly straightforward - having a moderator approve all posts to a particular forum - but we can't seem to make it work. Perhaps someone can help us.

We have done the following:

1. We have created an access mask called "Moderator Access" that has moderator privileges checked

2. We have created a role called "Forum Moderators". We have assigned the "Moderator Access" mask to the "General Discussion" forum

3. The users who will be the moderators of the "General Discussion" forum have been set up as "Forum Moderators" in the User Roles tab of the User option.

4. The "Pre-Moderated" checkbox has been ticked in the "General Discussion" forum

However, a general user can make a post to the "General Discussion" forum that will be displayed right away rather waiting to be approved by a forum moderator.

Obviously we are missing a step in the process. Could someone give us a hint what we are doing wrong? Thanks.
