Are you wanting to convert your MyBB (php) forum into YAF? If so, I don't know of a conversion tool, but if you know C# and some SQL, you could create a tool to do this.

I went with the Sample Application and created my own latest news, posts, etc ... PackersHome.com to peek.

my idea is to show in a homepage the news and various widget but I want use only YAF, not dot net or another cms. So the Samplewebappl is the great choice? 🙂

The sample web app outlines code procedures and some example methods on how to extract data from the YAF application and database into your own custom ASP.NET application. To use the sample app you would be using Visual Studio to develop your own application and tie it to YAF.
