Hi,

1. Any Guest Come to the Forum get (No Access) - so nobosy can view the posts...

How can i change it to be viewable to all?

2. After user get registered he sends a post, I as admin want to look at the post and approve it before it get published,

but it get published without admin approval, how can i make this works?

both:

Email Moderators On New Moderated Post: Enable/Checked

Email Moderators On a Reported Post: Enable/Checked

and still everyone who want to post, do it and no admin approval...

You need to setup your roles and access masks properly.

Admin menu >> Users and Roles (left side) >> Access Masks and Roles

then

Admin menu >> Settings (left side) >> Forums >> Edit forums in right site list accordingly, assigning access masks as needed.

Many topics here on how to do this -

For 'whole board visibility' to guests (non-logged-in users) - Host menu >> Host Settings tab >> Login Registration Settings (halfway down) - uncheck Require User Login...

In order for admin to get emailed on host settings "Email Moderators ..." - admin account must be added to moderator role (recently discovered quirk).

(also, you must test email notifications are even working (see documentation and search forums for mail server config - hundreds of topics))...
