1. Visit any forum

2. Click on "New Topic" button at the top

3. Default editor loads up where we can create a new topic

4. Type some text in the editor.

5. Click "Preview" button on bottom of the page.

Results:

Expected: Page to reload and show us the preview of the post (located at the top of page)

Actual: Page reloads and it goes directly down to the editor where post is created (at bottom of the page).
