I have faced with the next problem:

Im trying to create forum with name:

"Приборы для диагностики - делаем сами" (Russian language)

And i cant enter into this forum. Server returns me error : Server Error in '/' Application.

But if i chang forum name like this:

"Приборы для диагностики" (Russian language)

Everything is fine.

Please, help me to resolve this problem.

YAF version 1.96.1-5117

DNN version 7.0.1

I can't reproduce it. If you use UrlRewriting it can be a problem with "-".

Sorry, but with posts without "-" i have the same problem. For example fo this forum name:

"Станки инструменты оборудование посуда" (russian language)

I cant find any relationships. I have checked Database and i can see row with this forum name in yaf_Forum table.

I have disable URLRewrite in DNN and now i cant eneter even in admin part of forum.

I guess you get the same error message as reported here:

I was finally able to locate the problem and fix it. I attached the updated dll, with this dll you can turn UrlRewrite on again. and replace the dll in your bin folder (make a backup of the old file in case anything goes wrong)
