From looking at the list of features, it wasn't clear to me if I could post a new topic by sending YAF an email.

In addition, when I receive an email from YAF that a new post has been created or a new message is added to an existing topic, can I receive an email and respond to that email to add to the already existing post?

It will send an email about the latest post but there currently is no POP email listener system.

That would be a wonderful feature to have; CodePlex has it for their discussion thingo, and I find it very simple to use.
