I'm playing about with yaf 1.9.6.1-SRC (I'll call this the RWV Regular Web Version) and DNN 1.9.6.1.5114.

I've installed both in separate test environments and they're working fine. When I do some edits in the code and recompile the RWV and ftp the files I can see the changes. But when I copy those files to the DNN version it will bring the site down. I notice too that the file sizes are different.

Is it possible to edit the DNN version? Is there a separate set of files?
