http://mysite.com/Forums.aspx so when I navigate to the different pages it is still navigating to http://mysite/Forum.aspx?g=topics&f=36 witch is fine.

http://mysite.com/Forums.aspx . I have changed YAF.AppRoot to be ~/ and it works but then the theme CSS is /Themes/yafpro/theme.css instead of /forum/Themes/yafpro/theme.css so it stops working. Any ideas?

Tried putting in the new configuration but with no avail, is this a depreciated configuration setting?
