Surely we can welcome all the new features in
Upcoming Release (YAF.NET v1.9.6.2 BETA)

Mail Box (My Inbox)
For example:
“- New Option to send PM to all Buddies of a User.”
This is excellent and I hope that this feature will include also Tick Boxes for selection of the list of recipients.
(You don’t want to spam your friends and you want to send information only to those who you know that will be interested in the substance of your message)
Lists of the Messages (Inbox, Sent Items) should also include the Avatars of your friends (as in Membership list)
Buddies/Friends List
We definitely need Avatars for the Buddies/Friends List.
I have realised that you have already included Location ‘City, Country’ in the Buddies/Friends list. But I think that also a Country Flag will be nice, especially if you enable multilingual functionality (Allow user to change the language.)
Membership List
The Country Flag should be included in the Membership list as well.
Registration Path
I think that the Multilingual support is wonderful feature of YAF.NET forum allowing people of different cultural backgrounds and nationalities to communicate, so let do it even better.
At present you set the default language and the users can register ONLY in that language and change their language preference after registration.
What is needed is ability the user to choose the language for registration before he/she starts the registration. So, simple dropdown with supported languages at the beginning of the registration path, which will drive the loading of all the text for UI will do. (And that selection should persist throughout Registration process)
If you decide to make this feature global for the whole forum will be even better. In that way even not-registered users shall be able to use deferent language to navigate throughout the forum.
It might look that I wish Christmas to come earlier and have long list of wishes as a spoiled child, but I really thing that those small things will improve on user experience for communicating and socialising and the latter is the main purpose of any forum, is it not?
