Along the lines of my question above as to finding a POST TOPIC button or something similar - I notice at the bottom of my page it says "forum locked" I'm assuming there is a simple way to UNLOCK this (and that will then open it up). But going through all the settings, I cant find this feature either.

To Unlock the Forum

1. Go To Admin -> Settings -> Forums
2. Select the Forum that is Locked and click on Edit
3. Uncheck the "Locked" Checkbox
4. And Click on "Save" to save the Settings
