Hi All,

I need to change the "from" address when sending emails to users (e.g. Password resets, Account Registration etc) as the current address is incorrect.

I have trawled through the database and all Admin options but cant seem to find the address that is being used anywhere.

Can anyone help me with this please?

Thanks

There should be one host. The host user is the user that is created in the install wizard.

We seem to have lost the password for the host account.

Is there any way of getting it through the DB?

thanks

You can not retrieve the password from the db because it's stored as encrypted hash. However there is a solution if you copy the hash from a user where you know the password.mfor example your own and copy the password hash to the host user password hash. I am not at my pc but I think it's in the yaf_user table.
