Small English grammar fix for Buddies tab text

In languages\english.xml, line 240 in 1.9.6.1 release should be

<p><strong>Your Requests</strong></p>

instead of

<p><strong>You’re Requests</strong></p>

And line 2806 should be

      <Resource tag="YOUR_REQUESTS">Your Requests</Resource>

instead of

      <Resource tag="YOUR_REQUESTS">You’re Requests</Resource>
