I have noticed odd logic when moving a topic in v1.9.5.5 - we are trying to move a topic from one forum to another and when we choose the topic in the 'second dropdown' then attempt to choose the topic in the 'first dropdown', the topic list is re-loaded in the second dropdown and we are unable to move the topic we want to move.

The behavior really should be that when you click the 'move topic' button in a thread, the next screen should offer you which forum you want to move it to. Anything else should be considered 'split' a topic or move a 'post'...

The Logic is correct, from what i see. Did you noticed there is a Separate Button "Move Topic" on top and at the bottom, this Button took you to the page where you can move a topic.

You pressed the "Move" Button inside a Message -> This Page is for moving (splitting) a single message to a different topic, or split in to a new topic. On that page it you first select a forum then the topic.

Maybe the button should be renamed something like "Move/Split"
