In Avatar Settings Users cannot upload Avatars to their profile but under My Profile, Personal Profile lists "Edit Avatar" as a menu item. Can I remove Edit Avatar from the list? In English.xml I changed the resource tag to : but this leaves a bullet and blank space. Thank you.

Currently its not possible to hide the link, because when you have disabled the avatar upload feature and the remote avatar feature, the user still can choose an avatar from the local avatar gallery (which is empty). Thats why the Link to the Page is still visible.

I modified the Logic If all Settings Avatar Gallery/Remote Avatars/Gravatars/Avatar Uploads are deactivated the Edit Avatar Menu Item is Hidden in the User Control Panel Menu in 1.9.5.6.
