How do I replace the yaf.net logo with my own logo?

There is a Board Setting for that,

- Enable the Setting "Allow Themed Logo"

- then place the logo in every skin folder

- Add an entry for the Logo to the skin xml files

<page name="FORUM">
<Resource tag="BANNER">
~/mylogo.jpg
</Resource>

You could also just replace the forumlogo.jpg file in the root with your own.
