I have tried installing YAF both Manually and through the application provided by godaddy itself and i keep getting the same error about a policy exception.

Sorry its my first time using YAF and i cant get by this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you sure this is YAF? It's complaining about SQL Server CE (Compact Edition). YAF.NET doesn't use that at all.

I think you are mixing with something else that is causing a problem.

I guess he didn't correct db.config and the app is still trying to get access to the compact as it was defautl setting. Or simply the string was not commented out. Although, I dropped GoDaddy.com a long time ago and a few weeks ago finally cancelled my account with 1&1.com - weird service! Several months ago I tested and then finally glued to Arvixe.com and I'm happy so far. Incredible service and almost no restrictions. Excellent support both in chat and on the phone. I was lucky to find these guys. Actually I found the YAF forum in their app list and I'm still using it after I tried it several months ago. Good job Jaben and the Team! Thanks, Guys!

I just deleted everything and started over and everything worked.. yea i had something in the web.config about sql server compact. Thanks anyways guys
