If I create a new user Alex, then Bob, Alex will be in "The newest member is Alex" for a very long time. Why? Is it a problem to correctly re-read the list with the members to show the latest person? Or the script has a problem using the TOP 1 and ORDER BY NAME? :?

Btw, I tried to start a new admin session to catch the change - no luck, still same Alex.

I think I have already written about this issue a while ago, but it didn't go away in the latest build 1.5.5.5...

It worked, thanks! I simply decreased the time periods for all types and deleted the current cache content.
