It is possible to clear shoutbox? Because our shoutbox history just vanished, and I would like to know how it is possible:)

Interesting question. I've never thought if the shoutbox moderate-able or not. In other words if someone posts spam or some inappropriate words is there any way to delete a record from this box and block the user?

If you logged in as an Admin, there should be a "clear" button. There is no way to remove only part of the chat log - either "clear all" or none. You can always change the data in the Database to remove only the offending lines.

One bug in the current release is that when an Admin clear the Chat Log, the watch dog postback didn't detect any change so the update is not pushed down to the clients until someone type something new into the Chat Box. It would be nice to treat the "Clear" as a change to the Chat Log and cause the update to push down just like a new message was added.
