We've downloaded your software and were successful getting it running. We like it. We think we're going to do a considereable amount of customization on the interface -- like everyone else. The problem is: we installed it at our hosting providers and it didn't run. When we checked with them, they said it wasn't compatible with .NET 4 (which is what the rest of our site is running under). So, questions:

1. Is this correct? Will this not work under .net 4?

No matter the answer I guess the question is the same: are there any work arounds?

2. After we getting it running again, we are ready to buy some support hours -- to help us learn how to best change the look and feel. How do we most efficiently start that process?

Thanks,

Kurt Dicus

The latest version (and even earlier versions) should run in .NET 4.0. Here is my site  running under IIS7.5 with .NET 4.0 engine. However, I don't see why your host provider can't run your forum under .NET 3.5. Even when your other sites are running in .NET 4.0, you should be able to run the virtual site (sub folder of an existing site) or a full-blown site (via sub domain of your existing domain) using .NET 3.5 engine.
